EVENT DATES:
Kings Birthday Weekend - Saturday 31st of May & Sunday 1st of June 2025

ELIGIBILITY: 
Players participating must be financial members of any RSA in New Zealand

PROGRAMME: 
Tournament starts at 8:30am on Saturday 31st May 2025.
Teams play 5 single frames of snooker in qualifying round – qualifying is on frames won, frames lost, and differential scoring, third by re-spotted black to decide order.
Post Section play resumes 8.00am on Sunday 1st of June 2025 with qualifying players participating for the Championship, the first-round losers will qualify for the Championship Flight event.
Non qualifying players participate in the Plate event, first-round losers of the Plate event will compete for the Consolation event.
Depending on numbers, all frames in post qualifying rounds will be best of 3 frames, with final best of 5 frames if time permits.
Tournament closure is dependent upon number of entries but will be approximately 6.30pm on Sunday evening.
