The RSA Online - RSA Ipurangi
As of 1 January 2026, the RSA Online is no longer accepting new membership applications or membership renewals
Update on RSA Ipurangi:
The RNZRSA is refreshing the current RSA Online platform with a view to building a more meaningful, supportive and connected online community for New Zealand's veterans of military service.
To enable a smooth transition, the existing RSA Online (1.0) must be closed off, and its membership transferred to RSA Online 2.0 which will be app based.
RSA Online 2.0 will not operate as an incorporated society. Instead, it will function as an engagement platform, where anyone who joins becomes a member of the RNZRSA directly.
The new platform will focus exclusively on:
-
Veterans (Returned and Service)
-
Currently serving personnel
-
Individuals in the transition process
All current Associate members of RSA Online 1.0 who remain financial will be grandparented into RSA Online 2.0.
To support the transition:
-
From 1 January 2026, RSA Online 1.0 will stop accepting:
-
new membership applications
-
membership renewals
-
-
Current financial members will retain all RSA Online 1.0 benefits until 30 March 2026.
-
All financial members of RSA Online 1.0 will be automatically transferred to RSA Online 2.0 before the launch.
More information will be provided as the new online platform is developed.
