At the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, we will remember them.
Remembrance Day is commemorated on 11 November each year. It's origins come from the signing of the Armistice Treaty which officially ended World War One. After World War Two, along with the other Commonwealth Nations, New Zealand changed the name to Remembrance Day to be more inclusive and honour all those who had fallen in service of New Zealand.
