The Royal New Zealand RSA (RNZRSA) expects high standards across our organisation and member Associations, but we recognise that sometimes things don’t go as expected.
If you have had an experience that has fallen short of your expectations, please get in touch so your concerns can be considered fairly and respectfully, and we can identify opportunities to improve.
Making a complaint about service or staff at a local RSA
Each local RSA is an independent entity responsible for the management of its staff and business operations. If your complaint relates to service at a hospitality venue or the actions of a specific member Association, please raise it directly with the venue or the Association's Executive in the first instance.

If you do not receive a response from the venue or Association Executive, or you are not happy with the response - you can escalate the complaint to the District President. See below for details on how to make a complaint to the District President.
Making a complaint about members or actions of an RSA's Executive Committee
The people serving on Association Executives are volunteers who give their time and do their best to support their members and communities. However, we recognise they may not always get things right.
If you have a concern about an Executive member or the actions of an Association Executive, your first step should be to make a formal complaint directly to the Association Executive.

If the nature of the complaint makes you uncomfortable directly contacting the Executive, or you are concerned it may not receive a fair hearing, you can instead raise it with the appropriate District President.

Making a complaint about RNZRSA Support Services
Supporting veterans is the heart of the RNZRSA, and we want every veteran and their whānau to feel welcome and able to access the help they need.
If you have been unable to find a Support Advisor, are dissatisfied with the advice or service you received, or have another concern about our support services, please let us know.
Your feedback will help us get you the support you need and improve the services available to our veteran community.
