RNZRSA AGM 2023
The RNZRSA's AGM for 2023 will be held online on Saturday 25 November.

Key dates:
28 September – Registrations for Online AGM open
7 October – closing date for Notices of Motion to be submitted to National Office
28 October – Proxy Representative Forms must be submitted to National Office
28 October – Registration for Online AGM closes
4 November – National Council Documentation issued (Agenda, minutes from previous AGM, Financial Report, Notices of Motion
25 November – Online AGM
Registrations
Registrations will be available from this page, but do not open until 28 September.
All registrations for the Online AGM must be submitted no later than 28 October 2023 to allow online voting processes to be set up.
Individual members who are not able to attend may grant a Proxy for voting purposes – these must also be submitted to National Office no later than 28 October 2023.
Members who have not registered, or submitted a proxy by 28 October 2023 will not be able to vote during the AGM.
Appointment of Proxy for voting at AGM
The process for appointing a Proxy can be found in the RNZRSA Bylaws at clauses 13.5 - 13.7. If you do not have a copy of the Bylaws they can be found online here.

All Proxy Representative Forms must be received by National Office no later than 1700hrs on 28 October 2023. Forms received after this date will not be accepted.
Notices of Motion
Notices of motion must be submitted to the Chief Executive no later than 7 October. Requirements for submitting a notice of motion are contained within the Constitution at clause 10.5. You can find a copy of the constitution online here
Notices of motion can be submitted by email to nationalcouncil@rsa.org.nz. Notices of motion received after 7 October will not be accepted for consideration at the 2023 AGM.
