Have your say on the regulations needed to introduce new entitlements and support under the Veterans Support Act
The Veterans’ Support Act 2014 came into effect last year, giving Veterans’ Affairs the ability to introduce new types of entitlements and support for veterans and their families.
RSA members are now invited to give feedback on the regulations needed to bring Scheme Two and the Veterans’ Independence Programme, two new types of entitlements and support for veterans and their families, into being.
There are two documents to review:
1.The Public Consultation document
2.The Public Consultation document
There are two ways to respond:
1. Forward your individual submission direct to Veterans’ Affairs (see page 23 of the Public Consultation document) by Tuesday 4 August 2015, and send a copy to Mark Compain, Support Services Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Forward your submission to Mark Compain by Friday 24 July 2015 who will collate into a combined response that will be reviewed and endorsed by the Support Services Committee meeting on 29 July 2015
We look forward to your feedback.
